This is a working draft for the RSRVA preview. Final terms, retention periods, venue responsibilities, and payment policies must be approved before commercial launch.

Using RSRVA

RSRVA helps players discover and reserve sports spaces and helps venue partners manage booking records. Guest booking does not require an account. Merchants must authenticate before creating or managing facilities.

Bookings and facility information

Venue partners provide their listing details, rates, locations, and availability. Review the selected court, date, time, duration, and price before reserving. Example listings are labeled and cannot be booked.

Payments and split shares

PayMongo is being prepared for later account activation. Until then, no online money is collected. Confirm any payment arrangements directly with the venue. Split shares show allocations and do not mean participants have paid. A venue may separately record money received outside RSRVA and record refund or correction entries. Ledger entries do not charge a card or transfer money.

Changes and cancellations

Reservation organizers and facility owners can manage eligible bookings. Venue-specific cancellation, refund, no-show, and rescheduling terms must be finalized before payment activation. No refund is processed by the current preview.
