Privacy Policy

This is a working draft for the RSRVA preview. Final terms, retention periods, venue responsibilities, and payment policies must be approved before commercial launch.

Information used for bookings

Guest booking uses your name, email address, selected venue, game time, and participants. A secure browser cookie lets you view and manage bookings on the same browser. Facility owners can see contact details and booking records for their facilities. Venue owners can save player phone numbers, profile tags, private operational notes, and records of payments received outside RSRVA. These records are scoped to the venue owner.

Cookies and account access

Guest session cookies are HttpOnly and expire after 30 days. Account sign-in uses your email and password, separate from guest booking. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Account session cookies are HttpOnly and expire after 30 days; signing out revokes the current account session.

Maps and payments

Interactive maps use OpenStreetMap tiles until Google Maps is connected. The map provider receives the information needed to display maps. Your device location is requested only when you choose the nearby search control. PayMongo, when activated, handles its own payment checkout. Card details are not collected or stored by RSRVA.

Saved sessions and shared scoreboards

Organizer sessions store player display names, formats, matchups, scores and standings. They are private to the organizer unless the organizer shares a scoreboard link. Anyone with that link can view names and results; only the organizer can edit. Contact details and private booking invitations are not included in shared scoreboards. Signed-in organizers can return across devices. Guest sessions require the same browser and its 30-day access cookie.
