Current payment arrangements
PayMongo checkout is prepared in sample mode and awaits secure account configuration. Test checkout does not collect real money. When live checkout is activated, funds go to RESRVA’s merchant account and venue payouts are handled separately. Final processor fees and commercial terms require review before live activation.
Split pay
Players join a booking before paying their own fixed share. The organizer can instead choose the full court fee. The first checkout locks that payment choice to prevent overlapping charges. Only verified provider confirmation marks a payment paid; an invitation, allocation or return from checkout is not proof of payment.
Venue records
Venue managers can record payments received outside RSRVA. These ledger records do not initiate a charge or money transfer. Final processor fees and payment terms will be published before online payment activation.
